  Had original engagement stone reset into a custom designed setting by Michael - the entire process was wonderful - the new design was spectacular and quality exceeded expectations. Entire staff was courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend for all your jewelry needs.

  I recently had a great experience at Michael Anthony Jewelers in West Caldwell! My engagement ring band was bent making it difficult to get on and off. Because this is the only piece of jewelry I own of value and for sentimental reasons, I was apprehensive to leave it at the jewelry store and walk away. Michael assured me the repair would be taken care of and it was safe in their hands. In a few hours later my repair was done! Michael did an excellent job and even attended to my jewelry quicker because I had some hesitation. Thank you so much for your customer service, quality repair, and genuine care. You have certainly earned my trust and business and I would highly recommend for others looking for jewelry repairs.
